Very scaled down for me, 3 rounds of knees on pike box with 3 ab mats underneath - last round could not get all the way down to the ab mats
Not really ring dips, still trying to push up on rings and hold
Push ups on my knees
Upper body strength needs a whole lot of help only I'm working on it. Loved this hard WOD.
