My first time on this new site.....here we go-
Our box had an Open House Saturday. Broke folks into teams of 5.
8 minutes per station
800m run with 1 45# plate & 1 25# plate. Plates may never touch the ground but can be carried in any way. All team members must arrive back to box for clock to stop.
150 Wall Balls. men 20#, women 14#. Again, balls may not touch ground until all members have finished. No more than 20 reps in a row per person.
Burpee Box Jumps (150) & Row (1500m). 2 members jumping at a time, 1 member rows, 2 rotate in. No more than 15 burps in a row per person, no more than 200m at a time.
Tractor Tire Flips & Drag. 150 ft. All members participate to get it done.
Super fun, got new people excited. Our team finished 2nd in 23:32.
Going to Bikram Yoga this morning. My nemesis! Give me something heavy to lift any day!! Keep your fingers crossed!
