I like GHDs. I'm not sure why everyone thinks they're so horrible. They're actually kind of fun. And certainly not the most uncomfortable member of the situp family.

Accumulate 150 GHD Sit-ups

40 x 5, 45 x 5, 50 x 5, 55 x 3, 65 x 3

2 sets of GHD Sit-ups 12 each

in the warm-up 37 double unders but not consecutively

How does that Rocky song go? Getting stroooonger.
